In reply to tricky's post on January 22, Thank you Tricky I did everything that you suggested, including ignoring the fact that I do not have a network, but downloaded the link you provided to a temporary folder. I also do not believe that my PC had any of the previous downloads that were listed as conflicting with SP3. I am now uninstalling. Any suggestions?
