How to see hidden files in folder xp

I installed on a new hard drive so this isnt an upgrade but a new install. I am trying to move my Outlook pst from my XP hard drive to my Win7 hard drive and understand it is kept in a hidden folder but i cannot figure out how to find hidden files or folders in Win7.

The help says to click on the view tab in windows explorer but my windows explorer windows dont have a view tab. Any help would be appreciated. This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
